According to Michael Fullan, “You can not improve learning for all or most students without improving learning for all or most teachers.” All organizations must develop the capacity to learn in order to improve. The inquiry process provides not only a research-based approach for improving student learning, but also a vehicle for educators to enhance their roles as learners who collaborate and design learning based on student performance data. As a result, the following instructional and learning strategies will be employed by teachers and students.
